Forward-looking modular design concept, highly integrating 4 independent module, PF-pretreatment, double RO main host, EDI, and PWS-pure water storage and suppling into one. Supplying pure water through professional pure water pipelines to meet the pure water requirements of entire laboratory building or production process.

FC-central pure water system, using the human-computer interactive control system, 10-inch colorful capacitive touch screen and PLC control module, integrating functions of Internet of Things (IOT) and cloud platform, embedding standard/professional pretreatment system^[1], industrial-grade single/double RO system[^2], advanced EDI module^[3], DI ion-exchange cartridges with larger capacity and post purification module^[4].

System output: 250, 500, 750 liters/h. Maximum output per day is up to 18000 liters. It can simultaneously produce ultrapure water (18.2MΩ.cm), high pure water (>15MΩ.cm) or pure water (<5μs/cm)^[5]. The quality of pure water fully meets or exceeds the requirements of water quality standard specified by ASTM D1193-06, GB/T 11446.1-2013, GB/T 33087-2016, GB/T 6682-2008, CP, EP, USP, JP, CAP, CLSI, etc.

Integral Design

Cabinet and water tank with equal width and height design, not only save valuable laboratory area, but also highlight the scientific and technological aesthetics of integrated design. Easy to use and beautiful.
Connection mechanisms and pipeline interfaces for quick connection are reserved in all modules. Easy to connect in the field.
The bottom of the cabinet is equipped with wheels, easy to move quickly.

Integrated Water Tank

Capacity: 250 L, material: HDPE, double layer design. Anti-UV inhibitor is added to the outer layer to prevent the growth of algae inside and improve the durability of the tank. Pure PE raw material is used in inner layer to reduce material precipitation and ensure water quality safety.
Drainage valve is installed at the cone bottom, which can empty the water tank and ensure thorough cleaning.
Feeding from the bottom can reduce CO₂ absorption.
Liquid level pressure sensor is in the standard configuration, with 1% accuracy, which continuously display level in the tank.
Compound air filter is in the standard configuration, containing special packing and microporous membrane, to absorb CO₂ and organics, and filtrate bacteria and particles, etc.
UV disinfection module is optional, to sterilize tank and inhibit the growth of bacteria in the tank.

PF预处理模块^[1]

既能作为RO反渗透模块的前处理，又能自成系统适配其他纯水装置。
专业型预处理系统，采用优化设计的工业级大型活性炭及石英砂过滤器、全自动软化过滤器、原水增压泵及一体式250升方形PE原水箱^[2]，可实现24小时持续运行。
所有过滤器均按标准程序进行全自动反洗、再生，并可根据不同的原水条件及工作时长，优化调整运行参数，高效过滤原水中的颗粒物、吸附有机物和余氯等，以实现最优的预处理效果。

RO反渗透模块

集成了预处理系统，既能作为RO反渗透主机工作，又能适配EDI及Hyper超纯化模块、PWS储存分配模块，拓展应用范围。
集成的标准型预处理系统^[1]，采用二级预过滤滤筒，内置抛弃式的高品质折叠滤芯与炭纤维滤芯，在保证大通量及长寿命的同时，实现无需专业维保人员的快速更换，降低了设备使用要求。
进口陶氏DOW 工业级RO膜组件，一级RO系统既可实现高达99%的脱盐率，二级RO系统的水质＜5μm/cm，水质长期稳定可靠^[2]。
RO膜自动冲洗功能，可设置冲洗间隔和持续时间，有效防止水垢，延长膜寿命。
RO水不合格自动排放功能，确保进入后端纯化组件的纯水质量
整体封装的抛弃式RO膜组件，安装维保更加方便。

EDI及Hyper超纯化模块^[1]

集成了EDI模块或EDI及Hyper超纯化模块（包含：DI离子交换组件、UV紫外组件、TF终端除菌组件）、一体式250升方形PE纯水箱，可适配PF预处理模块、RO反渗透模块和PWS储存分配模块，拓展应用范围。
系统具有EDI水循环和EDI水不合格自动排放功能，确保进入后端模块的纯水质量。
EDI组件无需添加软化剂、化学再生，既可稳定获得10MΩ.cm(25℃)以上(通常高达15 MΩ.cm)，TOC≤30ppb^[2]的Ⅱ级纯水，延长下游纯化单元寿命，降低的维护成本。
HP-DI离子交换组件，采用进口混床树脂及高纯柱体材料，确保产水达到18.2MΩ.cm，并减少TOC析出。配备2个单柱树脂填量高达30L的纯化柱，总填量达60L，实现更大的离子交换能力，显著降低使用成本。
HP-UV紫外组件（185nm）可降低TOC含量至≤3ppb^[3]的痕量级别^[2]，还可以有效杀菌并抑制细菌生长。
HP-TF终端除菌组件，采用工业级0.2μm PES滤芯，有效去除颗粒物并确保微生物的截留，满足关键应用要求。

PWS储存分配模块

集成了一体式250升方形PE纯水箱^[1]、UV紫外组件、TF终端除菌组件（出水及回水），实现大水量的实验楼整体供水，并可根据您实验发展的需要，持续增加水箱并升级系统，满足您新的纯水需求。
PLC智能控制，实现全自动的分配循环和加药消毒功能，可根据不同的纯水管道布局和用水情况，不断优化控制程序，保证系统出水的高品质。
系统具有管道纯水的不合格自动排放及消毒过程的水箱自动排空功能。
分配循环功能，可设置日/夜、工作日/假日等多种工作模式，实现节能与保证管路高品质水质的结合。
加药消毒功能，可适配HyperPureX®专属消毒液，控制整个系统的低细菌污染水平。
储存模块
- 集成了一体式250升方形PE纯水箱

骇思HyperPureX拥有专业的制图工程师和现场管道工程师队伍，我们的团队具有多年的实验室纯水管道施工经验，管道施工的专业性及成熟度，可以保证纯水管道设计无死角、运行全循环、安装有坡度且可排空。经多年施工验证遴选的符合国际标准的品牌管材件（塑料：PPH/CLEAN PVC/PVDF，不锈钢：SUS304L/SUS316L），最大可能的减少管道材料的化学析出、抑制微生物的滋生、确保纯水质量的长期稳定可靠。为了满足用户的合规性要求，我们还可以提供焊点报告、内窥镜照片、酸洗钝化、荧光检测，以及完善的管道验证文件等服务。

终端超纯水系统

骇思HyperPureX拥有P/FEP终端超纯水系统及HiDis取水手柄等终端系统选件，可进一步提升管道终端水质和用水体验，以满足更加严苛的超纯水水质标准要求。
